NSI Community Meeting

Meeting update: Because of the snowstorm expected on Sunday, the Community Meeting with the first of NSI’s CD-6 Candidate Speaker Series has been switched from in-person to a Zoom call.

Mariah Lancaster will be interviewed by NSI co-founder and co-chair, OG Leslie.

The date and time have not changed: Sunday, Jan. 25 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm.

  • a chat with Kyle Davis, candidate for Salem City Councillor At-Large, who will discuss his perspective on the challenges facing town governments under Trump;

  • a summary of the MA Democratic Convention that will have happened  two weeks earlier;

  • and an important and informative report from Team Next, NSI’s response to the call for civil resistance and disobedience beyond protests and marches.

Please bring non-perishable food items that we will donate to the Salem Pantry.

North Shore Visibility Brigade

North Shore Visibility Brigade

Sign up to join the North Shore Visibility Brigade!

We currently have a weekly event on the Grapevine Rd overpass on Rt. 128 in Wenham 4:00-5:30pm on Sundays.

The organizing committee picks the message and prepares the signs for that week. Volunteers arrive at 4pm to ensure the signs are hung by 4:30PM.

Volunteers are also encouraged to bring flags to wave while we stand out with our message!

Due to space constraints, we are limiting signups to 15/week. Please sign up for your desired Sunday as soon as possible.

The best place to park is on Parsons Hill Rd, but spaces are limited. Carpooling is encouraged!

If you are interested in starting a weekday Visibility Brigade on the Grapevine Rd overpass, or want to pick another overpass, email bluerevlesliet@gmail.com - subject line VISIBILITY and we will follow up.

North Shore Visibility Brigade is a joint effort by North Shore Indivisible, Swing Left North Shore/Cape Ann and the Marblehead Alliance for Democracy.
